(Reminder, DAWG will serve as an informal stakeholder forum for technical discussion of issues related to the CPUC’s Energy Efficiency Goals and Potential study, AB 802 and SB 350 implementation, etc. DAWG is a stakeholder working group — not a party to or direct participant in any proceeding.)

The AB802 Technical Analysis (released in April 2016 and available online at: and the progress in additional research and analysis. The AB 802 Technical Analysis was developed as an initial framework for incorporating the AB802 mandates and quantification of opportunities and risks. The AB802 Technical Analysis did not update or set goals, but should inform changes in the methods, additional data and research needed in the next stage of the Investor Owned Utilities’ (IOU) energy efficiency goals.
